HOW TO GET RID OF NEGATIVE ENERGY

First, in order to know if there is negative energy within your body, you must know the symptoms.


*Feeling down, anxious, or depressed

*Feeling restless

*Can’t sleep

*Constant stomachaches and headaches

*Impulsiveness

*Mood swings and inability to control your emotions

*Negative thinking


Second, how does one do a Spiritual Cleansing? Spiritual cleansing can vary from person to person according to how you prefer and also how you believe.

If you believe in psychological influences on the physical body, you might want to convince your body to be positive, uncluttered and cleansed. Meditation is important in bringing peace of mind to yourself. Here are a few steps included in the spiritual cleansing of the body’s inner energies. Crystals have been proven to affect the physical body. They are considered effective alternative therapies.

Find a quiet, safe space.

Prepare a scented candle, or light incense, pillow, sage, crystals of carnelian and kyanite, and a Bible or a book of inspirational devotionals. You may write out your own self-inspirational poems or points to live by.


Light the candles and breathe deeply. You can sit on a pillow or on a bed or floor in a comfortable position. If you have crystals, you may wear them around your neck or hold them in one hand.

Sit up straight. Place your right or left pointer finger on your forehead. Imagine creating an exit hole in your forehead. Softly push your finger into your forehead. Concentrate on collecting any negative energy in your body and sending it to that place. Take your finger off your forehead. Then imagine all the heavy negative energy exiting that point in your forehead at a great force. (This actually works on headaches, stress headaches as well). It can relieve pain temporarily. But it mostly works on cleansing the body of negative energy.


Read your favorite Bible verse, say your most comforting prayer, read an inspirational line or read your own created inspirational lines. If you are unhappy or upset then convince your heart you are happy by telling yourself what makes you happy and what makes you smile. Remember the good, the joy and laughter.


Light the sage and wave it around your heart and head. Then place it on a saucer or bowl.

Lay down and relax.


When you are ready, get up. Repeat this daily if you feel you need to meditate further. It is important to replace the negative with positive. So fuel yourself with the uplifting inspirations which warm and comforts your heart.


For me, those things that comfort me is God and The Light of the Holy Spirit. I also, take walks among areas where there are a lot of trees, parks, woods, trails or just outside near trees. Trees are natural and give oxygen to the atmosphere. They contribute to life. I like to imagine taking a clean breath of fresh air to fill my body with a natural cleansing agent, which God has made and is a part of. Some people find their enjoyment sitting in a boat on a Lake or River, or sitting upon mountain tops, or staring upon the oceans. There are always those elements of nature that God uses to comfort us and to show us his divine revelations and His care for us. Some people find so much comfort and of God’s inspiration with beautiful artistry of nature, whether it be landscape or of animals and birds.


If there is a negative person in your family or among your friends offer them only the kindness of your heart, but do not stay among them. The energy coming from those kinds of people will only affect you negatively and influence you to react. Then, upon doing so, one will take in the negative energy where it will fester with them. The mind will convince the body of its ailment and before long the body really will begin to feel ill. Our spiritual health affects our emotional health, then it will affect our physical health. It will happen. Everyone will fall victim to negative energy at one time or another. And it is just important to know that we don’t have to allow it to run us around or allow its negativity to control us or our actions.


Ask yourself...Do I hurt others? Do I cause people to become aggravated? Do I cause friction between brothers and sisters? Do I contribute to chaos and deceit? Do I want people to suffer because I feel I am suffering? If so, then you may house a great deal of negativity within your body. If you are someone who feels the attack of negativity then you are the one who is at risk of allowing it to come within you to cause a cantankerous build up. If so, then you will need to release that by performing a self-cleansing and letting the Spirit of God take that burden.

It is also important to note: Don’t let another person attempt to cleanse you. This can only be done by you. It is your decision, your free God-given will and you must choose to make things better for yourself. God will take your burdens from you, but you must choose to give them to him and to allow the cleansing of the body to take place. You must allow the Spirit to work within you.

I found myself in a terrible place these last few days. I had to find my way back by reminding myself of the only way to find and maintain spiritual happiness. I hope all of you find your peace and comfort. Allow the Holy Spirit to help you.
